Late Delivery and Rude Manager
Unfortunately this is not the first time this happens in less than a month.
I am disgusted in your customer service, delivery and communication. My order has been late more than once to the Steers Grosvenor, I have received the worst customer service from this branch and call center. it is unacceptable!!!!
Your manager hung up on me twice, your call center hung up on me more than twice. No apology to the late delivery but the manager only telling me that he has to pay my meal.
