Late Delivery

Good day <br> <br> We placed an order at 12:34 and was told it would take only 15 Minutes to be delivered but we only got the order at 13:58 which was way later than they had said, in between we tried calling them repeatedly to find out how far the order is there was no answer and we did not receive a call (even though we gave them a number to call) to tell us our order would be late. Unfortunately our lunch is only an hour (13:00-14:00) that means we only had 2 minutes to eat our meal which is not possible. We are completely dissatisfied with their service/delivery service.
