Late delivery

Good day,

I ordered at 11:00 on the 16th of October 2017 and it's 14:00 and they still didn't deliver my order. I phoned 3 times now and they keep on telling me the driver is on it's way. This is really pathetic. It's not even an big order. Phanda meal with a milkshake.
