Late coming orders

Mams mall steers service is very poor. I made two different delivery orders on different days but the service was very poor. My orders came 3 hours after ordering and they were cold. The delivery guy said they have one s****** hence the delay but they are not doing anything about it. When you call to follow up, they say your order is on the way without any remorse
