Late, Cold, Rotten Food!! 2 hours to deliver!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my food on Saturday night on the 1st of December 18:58, which i asked for about 10 times that the patties should be very very well done, an hour later, my food arrived, ice cold, and patties was raw, and i was missing an entire kiddies meal, take note that we then had to wait for an additional 20 minutes for the brat pack to arrive ice cold as well. I then send back the raw patties burgers which i then waited for another 45 minutes for the new burgers to arrive. from the time we placed our order till the time we actually ate was almost 2 and a half hours.

After 45 minutes that our food was delivered for the 2nd time, it came back cold yet again, the patties was well done, but the gherkins was completely sour and rotten. We had to throw 2 full meals away because of the produce that was rotten (it had a very bad odor and also was slimy and discolored) we called customer care, but till now nothing has happened, we have not received any feedback of any kind.

Our order was R275, which is a lot of money for just 4 meals, and at the end of the day, only the child could eat, but also bare in mind, his food was cold and late.

This is not the first time we have had bad experience with Steers Mokopane, but we decided to try them again, and then we get this type of service and food. not impressed at all.
