Lack of customer acknowledgement

Hi there, I recently bought from steers in Bridge City Kwamashu. Their service was terrible, every time I buy from them I frequently receive bad service. There is a lack of regard for their customers, my order was not taken correctly and it seemed like the person taking it was not even paying attention to. She attended almost two people before me even though I was in front of the line waiting for her to finish. My worst steers experience thus far
