Keeping it together as best she could

During load-shedding I imagine all fast food places get very busy. Steers West Coast Villiage was no exception last night. When I got there the place was full and buzzing with hungry, irritated patrons. I waited well over an hour to get 1 simple combo meal (no changes).<br> <br> But here is the thing: I am not cross with the poor lady behind the counter. She handled the situation so well, taking complaints on the chin, and trying to help everyone get their meal. She did it with such class I was absolutely astonished. I couldn't believe this was the Steers I had complained about regarding BAD service a few months back. Kuduzwa is a credit to this Steers and deserves a medal for dealing with hungry and irritated patrons with such style and grace.<br> <br> If anyone is to blame for the situation last night I would say it is management. She was all alone against the world and she was nothing short of a brilliant professional.
