<p>Last night I placed an order via the steers app and at 19.27pm got confirmation that the order was received and being prepared by the store steers columbine square . This was never delivered not even a simple courtesy call to apologise. I called in today asking why the order was not delivered to be told by your supervisor they did not know how to get to my house. When I asked why they didn't call for directions if that was the case I could not get an answer. I then told her to arrange delivery for today and guess what again I was very much disappointed. The food arrived an hour later cold. Unfortunately we were hungry so took the food. We thought maybe it's the yesterday's food being delivered which would explain why it was cold. This is very upsetting to say the least. This is utter nonsense and worst we have always used this steers but after today this will not be the case anymore</p>
