Is this what I paid for?!
I went to Steers on Thursday night and ordered 2 King Steer burgers and one Hero Roll. The burgers were fine but the Hero Roll.....I cannot believe your staff would give someone that piece of food after they amount of money they have paid and looking at it, and they think it is acceptable. The guacamole was lying in the wrapper, nothing on the bread. A sad sad piece of food. 3 Halve pieces of tomato, lettuce that looks old and 3 tiny tiny pieces of chicken in one corner of the bread. I never before had an issue or complaint with Steers. I don't do Fast Food for reasons like this and when I decide every 3 months I want something, I choose Steers as I have never been let down until Thursday night! Thank you for making me pay for something that was worth R12 at most! I am so deeply disappointed!
