Is that the way to speak to customers?
Load shedding can be the mother of all stuff ups. I ran to Steers for rescue since I couldn't cook, only to find bad tasting chips with oil that has been used up for who knows how long, and my burger that I wasn't to impressed with. Went back to Queen to complain, and she told me in not so many words there's nothing they can do. At least now I know which Steers I won't be driving to anytime soon.
