Irritated

I always have bad experiences when ordering from this store. I have had many unpleasant experiences with the steers. Twice I've had to wait for hours for hours just to get my food. Last Thursday I placed an order and it didn't go through but money was debited of my account. Placed the same order again a few minutes later, did not go through and again money went out of my account. I then got messages that my money will be reimbursed within 5 business days. This all tsanspired on the 6th even if 1 can't can't count you realise that time has elapsed. I've posted on their Twitter accounts and all I get is generic messages that my complaints are being escalated but I'm still waiting. I just want my money back I will no longer using their services.
