Inedible Steers Burgers!

I'm a fan of Steers, specifically the original King Steer Burger. Every time I order, I order my burger with "a little sauce". Despite my request being written on the slip instructions the last few times I have ordered, my burger has come with so much sauce on it that the bottom of the box is covered and the burger bun is so soggy you can't even pick it up. I've looked passed it the last few times, but today was the last time and now I'm fed up. I couldn't even pick up my burger today, it was absolutely off-putting and I will not be supporting this Steers branch ever again! Absolutely shocking and disgusting.
