Incorrect order & food not good

Good day<br> i was at steers @ emperors place on the 15/04/2015 placed my order and without checking my take away because i was already late to go watch a movie with my family and the movie started @ 20h00. while opening the food in the cinema the patty was raw and also had wrong order. The movie started so i had to wait after the movie to go change the food. On my arrival the staff member (lady)didn't even ask me if she can help me. After i explained to her why i was there she took the one burger and just placed it on the shelf at the back without listening to me or even say sorry...i stood there without any customer service at 22h15 i was with my kids and they were tired and i just left the food there and left. I don't think I would recommend customers to go buy food at steers, they just trough everything on that burger without any preparation.<br> tThinking of they customers. I phoned the store 3 hours ago and the Manager Elliot advise he will call me back . still no Feedback...
