Incorrect order at Steers Gonubie

My fiancé and I ordered 2 Got Cheese King Steer burgers from the Gonubie Steers on Saturday, 4 December, and once we got home we were extremely disappointed to find that both of our burgers were wrong. We were given one beef and bacon burger, and the other burger was a chicken and bacon burger. Neither of these burgers was a King Steer burger. It is utterly ridiculous that we spent over R200 on our meals and received normal meals instead of the King Steer burgers.
