Incorrect order and drinking on the job

I placed an order and paid for it online and specified that they must not put onions and tomato on all the burgers as I am allergic but the order arrived an hour and 30min later with all the burgers having tomato and onions. The driver had his earphones on and a can of black label beer in his hand and took a sip, when I tried to ask why he was late he didn't even hear me as he was listeningq to music and I had to tap him to get his attention. I asked him why he was drinking and he said it is too hot that's why he's drinking beer. The burgers were squashed and disorganized I guess it's because the driver was driving drunk.
