incorrect order and bad attitude
oredered a blazing onion burger specifically and steak roll an specifically mentioned that i would like that with avo. the lady (petronella ncube) just ignored what i said and ddnt even talk to me.. and i asked her if she got what i asked and she just stared at me.. so came my order and i took the receipt and the order and left. when i got home, i had the wrong burger and the roll did not have avo.. so i paid R150 for things i did not even order..i called the manager Mmathapelo and all she wanted to do was to come with excuses and i said i will come to them . actually i dont hv time to waste going to a store that care less about their customers.. i would never go there again or even recommend steers braamfontein to anyone i know, not even my enemy.
