Incorrect order

I went to Steers in Despatch and I ordered full chicken however before my order the cashier he went in the kitchen then he came back said I can confirm spices I ask him to repeat the spices/ source then I said mild will do

Now I get at home my order is Hot crazy hot I called the store then they said they closed at 8 and apparently everyone had me saying I want hot so they can help me it was a misunderstanding
