Incorrect Order

I visited Steers Elarduspark yesterday and ordered a mix it up sharing meal which was supposed to include 2 original King Steers burgers and 2 original Steers burgers. When I got home there was 4 original burgers in not what I’ve ordered and paid for, there’s a huge difference between the two. I’ve called them and they confirmed that they’ll get back to me, they called back and admitted that the kitchen staff made a mistake and that I need to come and collect the 2 burgers. This is really annoying as it is not the first time and thats why I’ve decided to log this complaint, its also not that easy to just go and collect 2 burgers if you are staying 40km from that branch.

They confirmed that I can come any other day to collect it and my question is how will you remember, only to get a response that they will, with this response it is clear that it is a regular issue.
