Incorrect Milkshake

I Visited your branch in Comaro Crossing and ordered a Romany Cream & Caramel Decadent shake. only to come home and see that they used a cheap Chocolate sauce not even real chocolate and no Caramel. I was not even told that there was no Caramel. I specifically went for that and came back un-impressed.

Why advertise if staff dont know how to make something, like seriously the name says Romany Creams and Caramel how hard is that????
