Incorrect delivery status and poor service – Steers online order

I placed an online order and waited for over an hour. The website showed my order as “delivered”, but I never received it. I tried calling the store for assistance and my call was ended without help. In the end, I had to go to the store myself to fetch the food.

This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. The system status was incorrect and the customer service was poor. I expected better from Steers.
