Incorrect and cold

Hi.

I just came from Steers in Knysna and I am HIGHLY disappointed and angry.

I ordered online, the Cheeseboy Snack Burger onnline deal for R139,90. I scheduled it for 6:30pm but arrived a little late at 6:45pm due to unexpected guests that arrived at my house.

When we got to the restuarant(they weren’t busy at all), the food wasn’t packed yet. When I was packed it was wrong. They packed 2 burgers instead of 4 and the chips was cold.

I waited until 7:06pm until the order was packed correctly but that time I was ****ed off and left. When I got home, the food was COLD.

This is really disappointing.
