Incomplete order with no explanation at all.

I went to Steers Ga-Rankuwa today, bought 2 Original King Steer burger combo's. I waited for literally a second and my order was ready. The store was not busy i figured the order must be correct only to find that both burgers are incomplete, it is just a bun, patties and a tomato. The burger was beyond dry. I don't know if Steers as a whole is deteriorating or what. The staff must be very much *********** to offer a customer incomplete order with absolutely no explanation.
