INCOMPLETE ORDER, STILL NOT RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

I placed an order at around 14:30 for a sharing meal for R199, it was raining cats and dogs so when i received the order i just took it, tipped the driver and ran inside my house, when i got inside is saw that i received 2 out of the 4 burgers, i called the store and they promised to send me the complete order, it is now almost 2 hours and i have not received my complete order, how pathetic, meaning I will not get what I paid for, I called the store twice already, we order food because we are hungry not t wait for the driver to finish what he is doing first
