Incomplete, Incorrect Order

My order #*** from steers Ormonde was incorrect and incomplete. One of the "Mighty King Steer" burgers had only 2 patties instead of the 3 that were advertised and ordered. I called the call center to report this, but no one from the store assisted me, so I had to drive there myself. When I returned home, I realized that the "Ribster" burger did not come with the Fanta Orange drink as per the order. I called the contact center multiple times, but no one from the store made an effort to assist, despite the contact center agents reaching out. The level of incompetence is unacceptable. Steers Ormonde, you are not doing me a favor but providing a service for which I am paying. The least you can do is try to get things right the first time.
