Having made numerous calls to their equally useless and *********** call centre agents, being transferred from pillar to post and some of the calls being dropped. The driver finally arrived at 19:40 claiming that the store just gave him the order hence he only arrived now. Imagine being pregnant and having to wait for food for 2 hours from a store that is 5 min away from you, waiting till you no longer have an appetite. What is the use of ordering online if you’re going to wait 2 hours before your order arrives.
