<p>I don't normally complain about every service failure I experience because I am in the customer service industry myself and know that things can go wrong. I am also not ******** about the fact that I live in a country where good service is a swear word and I also don't have the time to post complaints all day long. However if you get the same bad service time after time at the same establishment, you tend to lose your sense of humour. First incident was when I was charged for another customer's food (plus my own), second incident when I ordered a double thick milkshakes and got diluted milk and today I received a cheese burger the size of a tomoto slice....literally...I think the slice of tomato was actually bigger. Ordered a cheese burger and chips, paid 50 bucks and got a sample size. Thanks Steers, All Saints centre, Olivedale I will not be wasting my money or time at your establishment again! </p>
