Steers Woodmead is ***********. I called to order and the lady on the other side didnt understand anything i was saying eventually i got her to understand only for her to get everything wrong in my order. I then decided to order via the app instead which went through only for me to get a call saying they cannot find the selected promotion on their system and cannot process it. I advised them that it has gone through and was told its ok they will make a plan and they will call me back to confirm. When i got to the store only to find out they could not find my order no1 bothered to advise me of this my order was not made. The manager at that point only got on the phone to HO to confirm and took forever eventually i cancelled it. i did not only waste my time , but my petrol and patience dealing with such bull**** service.
