<p>Steers Vorna Valley got an order placed by me TWICE today and still managed to get the address wrong. I placed the 2nd order at 6pm for delivery at my home address. Got a call from the driver- he was at my work place. When I called the restaurant to let them know- a rude woman denied having made a mistake and said I have 2 orders to pay for or she will cancel my order. No acknowledgement of the error nor an apology. She then hung up on me. I am HIGHLY unimpressed with the service from this franchise.</p>
