Incompetency and horrible service

The service in Steers Lichtenburg is utterly disappointing. I bought 2 wacky Wednesdays today at 18:29 and I was told the food would take 15 minutes and latest would be 20 minutes. I waited for a whooping 1 hour 10 minutes before I could receive my order, mind you I was heading to work with a shift that is starting at 19h00. I lost the whole hour's salary because of this. A gentleman that came an hour before me as well was dissatisfied with the service and threw the food across the restaurant. Your staff needs proper training and honesty to when the food would be prepared. I do not think I will be driving back to steers anymore so congratulations you lost a customer.
