Incompetence.

Steers elspark made me wait more than 1 hour to deliver my food. Then when I called to check the lady was like “oh! Your order”. When the food arrived it was sloppy, showing that they quickly made it only after I called. On top of all the burgers being the wrong burgers. But I paid full price just to get cheaper items. When I called again the lady said that they have to knock off.
