Incompetence at its best!

I made an order requesting no sauce and no garnish on one burger and another burger was to have everything. I selected this on the remove option and even put a detailed note. The drive came by and the burger had sauce, no son is allergic and can't have them, I requested the driver to take the burger back and come back with my order. He asked that I call the call centre as he stated his not responsible for the food. I agreed and called, I spoke to a lady who said her name is Philly on *** @ 15h34 she then said it's my fault that the order was wrong as she wasn't listening to me, you can understand how this made me upset as she insisted that I requested one burger without and the other one should have everything. I then explain that should she listen to understand she would know that the one that should have no sauce and no garnish had sauces. She did not really apologize after blaming the customer and just said the driver should return with the burger and it will be fixed.

The customer service should calm the client as the error was on your side. The level of incompetence is outrageous. Service break down recovery is horrible how do you blame the client. This lady is unprofessional and rude. Orders should be done right from start I fail to understand how please remove sauce and garnish can be missed.
