Incompetence

STEERS GROBLERSDAL I promised my husband tonight that no Steers will EVER see us and people we know anymore. Firstly I orderded wacky Wednesday to be collected by my husband and when he got there they did not have buns. Second time ordered the mix it where you get 2 big and 2 small burgers with chips and milkshakes to be delivered. Only received 4 normal burgers and no milkshakes. Third time ordered wacky Wednesday again to be collected and when my husband stood in the queue for half an hour to be told that there's no order. Showed them SMS they rep**** we must work through the call Center and when he asked to speak to manager they said there's no manager and he can see she's busy helping customers. We loved Steers for years but for the past year only experienced the worst of the worst service ever. Maybe because of our white skin. All the petrol money up and down for no joy is not a joke.
