Incompatent Staff
We ordered a meal online to be delivered, after 1 hour no one turned up with anything. We phoned the store only to find out that they did not receive the order, after I received a email and SMS saying that the order was successfully sent to the store, even the website said that the order has been accepted by the store for delivery.
This is truly unprofessional and so was the staff that we were talking to over the phone, they don't know what's going on in there own store. This was Steers The Hanger in Vereeniging
