Yesterday my wife went to get food for the family from Steers in Someone Kuils River. When she got home, in the bag were 2 less burgers than what she paid for. She then phoned Steers who said we would have to come fetch the extra burgers after they made the mistake. My wife told them it was not possible to drive again as she had things to do so they said if she comes in the next day they would compensate her with the 2 burgers that were short plus give a free meal to compensate for their mistake. She then told them she would be there at about 4:30pm the following day and they said they will make sure she will get her order sorted for her. So today she arrives there at about 4:20pm to go collect the shortfall and their compensation. The manager on duty explains to her that they know nothing about this and would have to speak to the owner before doing this. I find this completely disgusting as they knew the time she would be there and yet they still didn't ensure the following day manager knew about it. Totally unacceptable... The Steers group should hang their head in ****en shame!
