Inadequate packaging for vegetarian burgers

What does Steers have against vegetarians!? Each time I order burgers from Steers, my vegetarian burger always gets wrapped in paper while those for my non-vegetarian family members are nearly packed in boxes. I live 60km from the nearest Steers and always order takeaways. Having my burger wrapped in paper causes the bun to become soggy and unappetising. By the time I get home, the burger tastes awful and I would rather disgard it than suffer through eating it. I don't know whether this only happens at this branch, but I don't find it acceptable at all as I pay for my food just like everyone else. I've always sang Steers' praises for being the only restaurant that properly caters to vegetarians, but recently I have not been too happy. Why should we get treated differently because we choose not to eat meat? The service at this branch is great and apparently their food is too, if you are lucky enough to get it in a box...
