If you are not made for the Service industry, get out.. do something else
Good day,
I bought a Wacky Wednesday at Steers Goldman with cheese slices and large chips.
Upon eating my order during lunch at work, I discovered there was no cheese. When I telephoned the restaurant, I was not assisted instead I was put on hold for the longest time, and when I hung up the phone and called again, the phone kept ringing non stop.
This is not the first time that my order has been messed up by Steers Goldman.
Steers, please can you advise if your customers are expected to perform QC / quality check on your products, if so, please can you put up this statement at the entrance of your outlets so that we can all know that we are expected to check that our burgers have tomato slices, cheeses, etc,.. and that the fries have actually been cooked and not served raw.
This would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
