ICE COLD BURGER

I went to Steers in my lunch time to by Wacky Wednesday. When I got back to work and its a 2 min drive from Steers , my patti was ICE COLD. I've tried phoning the number on the till slip from 13:30 and got no answer. I've tried phoning them until after 2. That was the most unpleasant burger ever. Had to warm the patti in the microwave. Why did you not answer the phone? Why was the burgers ICE COLD? The shop was not even busy. No customers.

Nearly 48 hours passed and still got no feedback. This is so bad for your business. I just want someone to explain to me why I received "ICE COLD BURGERS".
