I was unfairly treated.

I was unfairly treated, ordered at Steers at 15h29, to only receive my order at 19h00. In between i tried calling several times and i was told they’re running late with orders but normaly it takes 1h30mins but i told them. I’ve passed 1h30mins already and i was still waiting. At 18h00 i received a call from the delivery guy and his question was did i receive my order and do i still need it, like really? I was hungry and it was loadshedding already at that time, i had to accept anything. I couldn’t say i’m fine. Then an hour later food was delivered, only to find that they didn’t deliver what i’ve odered. I requested an extra rib patty which was not added. Now i’ve paid R422.70 only to wait full 4hours, again i got what i didn’t order. Everytime when i call, i was told the order is on the way.
