I was served ice cold **** steers chips

I was famished and decided to call Steers Cresta through Mr Delivery. After waiting the required time with patience, when i received the call that Mr Delivery was at the gate, i got up with great excitement and anticipation of the delicious signature Steers chips that were well worth the wait. Upon delivery, i rushed for the chips first to my dismay they were ice cold and NOT Steers chips, They were pale, stale and grey and looked rather old, I'm sure they thought if they put a lot in the packet i would not complain but QUALITY over QUANTITY always. I expressed my dismay to the delivery guy and called Mr Delivery and further expressed to them. They were nothing like Steers chips they had a vinegar smell not even a hint of the steers spice. After my complaint, they called Steers Cresta and insisted that i be brought a new packet of chips. I waited again and the packet came and it was the same old pale greyish chips as before. i have never been that mad before. Steers makes thee best burgers but their signature has always been their chips. THIS IS NOT ON!!!!!
