I want my refund of R214.00

On the 29th at around 18H0 ordered food at steers birch acres for delivery I didn't get my food up until 20H40 I bought weekly Wednesday for R200. 00 only to get 2 x boxed of cold burgers instead of 4 boxes I didn't take the food I want my refund anyway who wud eat food that is 3hrs late I kept calling the shop so many times where they end up telling me to be the one tracking the driver, I called him also and he didn't answer I gave up waited for the shop to call me I'm rely disappointed I've never waited for food for 3hrs
