I want a full refund, useless service and no experience staff

The level of disrespect and rudeness at steers lenasia South is disgusting, I ordered full chicken and large chips paid the full price only to get chicken I immediately called back to alert them and guess what the manager herself said I will get the chips tomorrow... So me ordering g was not important and they will deliver the next day after my money has been taken... I called a number of times only to speak to rude agents at the call center that kept transferring me around which is airtime.... So steers is telling me I should eat tomorrow as they are too busy after taking my money and failing to deliver what is correct.... I want a full refund they can come. Get the stail chicken and keep the chips that never came
