I placed an order on the Steers App for a Original king steer burger and chips on the 25th of November 2022 around 13:17. Around 14:30 I received a notification that my order has been delivered which I had not received. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to no avail. I logged a support case using the email address on their “contact us”info I received a response on the 28th asking me some unnecessary questions which were covered on my initial mail but I responded nonetheless. To date I have not received any news from Famous Brand / Steers. My R119.90 including delivery fee is still not returned. I’m very disgusted by Steers, famous brand and all relevant stakeholders. Service is PATHETIC!!!
