I placed an order for my grandmother at 18:00 and after an hour I had to call them again to find out what was going on with the order and I was told the driver will be here in 15 min but still after 30 min I had to call then and was made to hold the line

I placed an order for my grandmother at 18:00 and after an hour I had to call them again to find out what was going on with the order and I was told the driver will be here in 15 min but still after 30 min I had to call then and was made to hold the line for over 10 min only to be met with a nonchalant attitude. I am disgusted by the way they treat paying customers
