I ordered with them phanda duo &Chips ×2 They gave me old chips,scaps if I may say and the burgers were sooo cold as if they were 1st in the fridge

I ordered with them phanda duo &Chips ×2 They gave me old chips,scaps if I may say and the burgers were sooo cold as if they were 1st in the fridge . They ddnt even bother to grill the patties properly. I am not happy with that
