I ordered through phone call for a collection and they told me my order will be ready in 15 minutes and they had more like 35 minutes to prepare it because I was still busy at work

I ordered through phone call for a collection and they told me my order will be ready in 15 minutes and they had more like 35 minutes to prepare it because I was still busy at work. When I got there they haven't started with my order their excuse was that they tried to call me to confirm the order but it went through voicemail I was so ****ed their service is very poor.
