I made two orders online and i got there my orders were not ready 2hours ago

I made two orders online and i got there my orders were not ready 2hours ago. When i get to the store they only making my order when i pay which takes 15min to wait again these is so bad why do we even have to order if they prepare our orders when we only get there to pay ??? I am angry with these bad service i will not recommend anyone to use these services
