I have been ****** by Steers Restaurant

I had the worst experience ever with Steers Restaurant Hayfields in Pietermaritzburg. I bought a burger which was on special. A buy one and get one free special. It had a single patty and so I added extra patties in both, this was all via MR D platform. I was charged for all the extras only to find that when my order arrived it was single patties in both but I was actually charged more. This was in the evening, the next day I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady by the name of Nqobile who said she will investigate and come back to me as I provided her with the details of the order and time as well.

She then came back to me after trying to locate my order, she didn’t quite have the correct information and therefore said she will again get back to me but never did till today. It’s been over two days this is still not resolved. Being disappointed is an understatement.
