I feel cheated
To whom it may concern,<br> I am embarrassed at the service I received at the cavendish steers branch. I ordered a large meal at the branch, upon collecting my order I firstly received the incorrect drink and then I'm handed a regular cream soda, which is when I ask but this is a regular not a large, and then I am told no that's the large the other is extra large, their isn't an extra large on the menu... The till operator was just too lazy to give me the correct drink. Instead of making a fuss I left it, but I am deeply annoyed about being **** to and being treated so badly... I will never buy from steers again if this is the service they offer.
