I expected value for my money

I placed my order at 12h15 on 29.06.3024, when i was sitting waiting for my order i realised that the burgers i ordered where on special and i immediately went to the till to ask why i was not sold on special i was told i dd not say which really surprised me if their system dont tell them but i the customer must tell the cashier i want them on special and because i paid with a card i cant be refunded i would be refunded if i paid cash🤔aint does too the same... Ohhhk i let that one slide, i went to sit down and wait for my order after 40min of waiting someone who ordered after me got their order while i was still waiting for mine. When i ordered i told the cashier it was a sit down but i was asked again if i was sitting down🤦♀️yhooo my God after sitting so long looking like i was buying on credit i only got my order at 13h05 which was so damn cold as an ice, i dont know if the staff is not trained or what but i had the worst experience ever.
