Human hair found in burger

We ordered Steers via MR D (order DFD***6) this afternoon for lunch. I ordered the Original Steers Burger Sharing Combo for R196.90. When the food was delivered, myself and my in-laws started eating. My mother in law was just over halfway through with her burger when she felt something strange in her mouth. What she had proceeded to pull from her mouth was a strand human hair. My mother-law ran to the bathroom and vomited from disgust. The rest of us all stopped eating from the disgust as well. How can you have such poor health and safety standards during a time of Covid-19? If hair is found in food I am very concerned as to how safe the staff at Steers are when handling food. I demand full refund of my order. It is useless call *** as the phone just rings and no ones answers. We are truly sickened by this experience.
